Before beginning to make Hyderabadi haleem. You must first set up the enormous jharra, big burner stove from our store, wooden ghota and Nutristar aluminium dekcha.
Arrange all ingredients to prepare delicious haleem.
As per your quantity, begin removing the bones from the mutton or chicken.
After giving the mutton a thorough wash, chop all of the coriander leaves and green chilies.
Add all spices first, followed with the chopped green veggies.
Set the dekcha's flame to boil all the ingredients listed above, including the spices, chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. etc..,
Depending on the quantity or number of people, add mutton.
After putting all the ingredients to the dekcha, add the water. To prepare akhni, place a lid on it and bring it to a boil.
thereafter in 30 to 40 minutes. Lift the lid a little and check that the akhni is done.
In a separate pot, begin mashing the haleem with a wooden ghota until it thickens.
Now add a layer of mutton to the akhni dekcha that was previously made.
Pour garam masala powder into the dekcha. Start beating now with the wooden ghota.
Allow it to cook for around 45 minutes.
Arrange the coriander leaves and onions as topping.
Chop all the vegetables and clean the onions and leaves.
Add the chopped onions and fry. then cook in a wok until it turns brown.
