Nutristar offers free standard delivery across India for all orders placed directly through our website.

Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched on the same day or by the following morning after the order is confirmed.

For domestic orders, Nutristar uses Shiprocket as a shipping aggregator and works with multiple contracted courier and logistics partners. The courier partner is selected based on the delivery location, PIN code serviceability, shipment size and other logistics requirements.

Delivery Time Within India

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 4–6 days after dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

After the order is dispatched, Nutristar sends a WhatsApp message containing the tracking ID and courier details.

Tracking updates are provided by the respective courier or logistics partner.

Heavy, Bulk & Commercial Orders

Certain heavy, oversized, bulk, hotel, restaurant and catering products may not display a price or be available for direct checkout through the website.

These orders are handled directly by the Nutristar team through WhatsApp or phone.

For such orders, product pricing, quantity, freight, transportation and delivery arrangements are discussed and confirmed with the customer before the order is finalized.

The Free Delivery Across India offer applies to orders placed and completed directly through the Nutristar website.
