Cleaning:
Hand wash the bottle and glasses separately using mild dishwashing liquid, lukewarm water and a soft sponge. Use a soft bottle brush for the interior of the bottle and clean the cap and neck carefully.
Rinse thoroughly several times with clean water. Leave the bottle uncapped until the interior is completely dry, and wipe the glasses and exterior surfaces immediately with a soft cotton cloth.
Avoid steel wool, metal scrubbers, abrasive powders, bleach and harsh chemical cleaners. Do not wash the copper set in a dishwasher.
For occasional polishing, use a cleaner specifically intended for copper according to its instructions, followed by thorough rinsing before reuse.
Preservation:
Keep all pieces completely clean and dry before storage. Store the bottle with the cap loose or removed during extended periods so moisture does not remain trapped inside.
Keep the set in a dry, well-ventilated cabinet and away from prolonged humidity. Avoid dropping or striking the bottle and glasses because copper may dent. Do not stack heavy utensils over the glasses.
If storing the gift set for a long period, wrap individual pieces in soft cotton cloth to reduce scratching. Rinse thoroughly before using again.
Care Note: Copper naturally darkens or develops a patina with exposure to air and moisture. This is a normal characteristic of copper. Regular cleaning, thorough drying and occasional polishing help maintain a brighter finish.
