Ideal Usage
The dispenser is ideal for daily drinking-water storage and serving at home. It can be placed on dining counters, kitchen counters, office pantry areas or guest-serving stations.
Fill it primarily with plain drinking water and keep the lid fitted when not refilling. Place the supplied glass beneath the tap and operate the lever gently to dispense water.
For hygienic everyday use, empty, rinse and refill the dispenser regularly rather than continuously topping up old water.
Cleaning Instructions
Empty the dispenser completely before cleaning and remove the lid. Hand wash the inside using mild dishwashing liquid, clean water and a soft sponge or long-handled brush.
Open the tap while rinsing so clean water passes through the dispensing mechanism. Regularly clean the area surrounding the tap connection where residue or moisture can collect.
Wash the copper glass separately with a soft sponge. Rinse all components thoroughly and wipe the exterior dry immediately using a soft cotton cloth.
Avoid steel wool, hard metal scrubbers, abrasive powders, bleach and strong chemical cleaners. Do not place the copper dispenser or glass in a dishwasher.
For occasional exterior polishing, use a cleaner specifically suitable for copper according to its instructions and rinse thoroughly before refilling.
Preservation & Care
Keep the dispenser on a stable, level and dry surface. Ensure the metal stand is properly positioned before filling the container.
Avoid moving the dispenser while it is full. Empty most or all of the water first and support the body from underneath when relocating it.
Periodically inspect the tap connection and tighten it gently if necessary. Do not use excessive force, which could damage the fitting.
Store the dispenser completely clean and dry when not in use. Leave the lid slightly open during long-term storage to allow ventilation.
Protect the copper surfaces from sharp objects and excessive impact, as copper can scratch or dent.
Care Note: Copper naturally darkens and may develop a patina over time. This is a normal characteristic of copper. Regular cleaning, immediate drying and occasional appropriate polishing help maintain a brighter finish.
