Stainless Steel Kadhai (Woks)
Kadhai is a very popular and traditional cooking utensil in Pakistan and India. A kadhai (also known as karahi, qaraqalpaq, chatti, or naan) is a wok-like utensil with two handles used in Indian and Pakistani cuisine. It may be used on top of a stove, or more traditionally over an open flame. The kadhai can also be used as a serving dish for some foods such as some dals (lentils).
