Ideal Usage

Use the jug primarily for serving plain drinking water at the dining table. It is suitable for family meals, kitchens, guest serving, traditional dining setups and festive occasions.

Wash before first use and rinse before refilling. Hold the handle firmly while pouring and place the jug on a stable, dry surface when not in use.

For best care of copper, avoid keeping acidic beverages such as lemon water, fruit juice, buttermilk, vinegar-based drinks or other highly acidic and salty liquids inside for extended periods.

Cleaning Instructions

Hand wash after use with mild dishwashing liquid, lukewarm water and a soft sponge. The wide mouth allows the interior to be cleaned easily with a soft cloth or brush.

Rinse thoroughly several times with clean water and wipe the exterior immediately with a soft cotton cloth. Allow the inside to dry completely before storing.

Do not use steel wool, hard scrubbers, abrasive cleaning powders, bleach or strong chemical cleaners. Avoid dishwasher cleaning.

For occasional polishing, use a cleaning product intended specifically for copper according to its instructions. Wash and rinse thoroughly before using the jug again for drinking water.

Preservation & Care

Store the jug only after it is completely clean and dry. Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated cabinet and avoid prolonged contact with moisture.

Do not lift the jug by the rim; use the handle while supporting the body when necessary. Avoid placing excessive weight on the handle or dropping the jug, as copper may dent.
