Usage Instructions
- Wash thoroughly before first use.
- Use primarily for storing plain drinking water.
- Place the vessel on a strong, flat and completely dry surface.
- Select a stable stand or countertop capable of supporting the vessel when filled.
- Fill according to its stated capacity without overfilling.
- Keep the lid fitted when the vessel is not being filled or accessed.
- Use a clean ladle or appropriate dispensing method when taking water from the vessel.
- Avoid dipping used drinking glasses directly into stored water.
- Empty, rinse and refill regularly.
- Clean the vessel periodically according to frequency of use.
- Empty most or all of the water before moving the vessel.
Avoid storing: lemon water, fruit juices, buttermilk, milk, carbonated beverages, vinegar-based liquids, salty beverages and other acidic or fermented liquids.
Cleaning Instructions
- Empty the vessel completely.
- Remove and clean the lid separately.
- Hand wash with mild dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge.
- Use a soft long-handled brush to reach the bottom and inner walls.
- Clean the hammered surface gently without using hard abrasives.
- Rinse thoroughly several times with clean water.
- Turn the vessel upside down or leave uncovered until the interior is completely dry.
- Wipe the exterior immediately using a soft cotton cloth.
- Do not use steel wool or metal scrubbers.
- Avoid harsh abrasive powders.
- Do not use bleach or strong chemical cleaners.
- Do not wash in a dishwasher.
For occasional polishing, use a cleaner specifically suitable for copper according to its instructions. After polishing, rinse the vessel thoroughly before storing drinking water again.
Preservation & Care
- Store the vessel only when completely clean and dry.
- Keep it in a dry and ventilated area.
- Avoid placing it permanently on damp flooring or wet countertops.
- A soft, non-slip mat beneath the vessel can help protect its base.
- Do not lift a fully filled large-capacity vessel.
- When moving it, empty the water and support the vessel from underneath.
- Never carry it by the lid.
- Avoid impact or dropping, as copper may dent.
- Do not place excessively heavy items on the lid.
- Keep the lid slightly open during extended empty storage to allow ventilation.
- Wrap or cover with a soft cotton cloth during long-term storage.
- Rinse thoroughly before reuse.
Care Note: Copper naturally darkens and develops patina through exposure to air and moisture. This is a normal characteristic of copper. Regular drying and occasional polishing help maintain a brighter appearance.

Returns Policy
