Nutristar Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Nutristar, we value the craftsmanship and authenticity of every product we offer. Our range includes premium hotelware, restaurant, and catering items — many of which are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because of this, slight variations in finish, texture, or color may occur. These are not defects, but a reflection of the handmade quality and uniqueness of each product.

We are committed to your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every Nutristar order meets your expectations. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return, exchange, or refund.


1. Mandatory: Opening Video Required

To maintain transparency and avoid misuse, all return or exchange requests must include a clear and unedited opening (unboxing) video showing:

  • The outer package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The product received clearly visible

⚠️ No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted without this video.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must inform Nutristar Customer Service within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with invoice and all accessories.

  • Sale, clearance, and customized items are non-returnable, unless defective or different from the description.


3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Nutristar reserves the right to decline a return or refund request in the following cases:

  • Opening video not provided or unclear.

  • Product is used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, polish, or texture due to the handmade nature.

  • Incorrect address or delivery refusal by the recipient.

  • Frequent returns by the same customer (more than 3 times in a financial year).

  • Custom orders or items made to specification.


4. Refund Process

If your return is approved after inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless Nutristar shipped a wrong or defective product.

  • Refunds are issued only after the product is received and verified by our team.

  • If your pin code is outside our pickup area, you’ll need to ship the product back to our return address at your own cost.

⏳ Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect after approval.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your opening video and clear product images.
We will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (excluding shipping if applicable).


6. Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be processed for returns without prior approval.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Packages returned without customer service confirmation may be rejected upon arrival.
